Bank Nifty remained unchanged at 17,626.05 from its previous closing. Yes Bank was among the top gainer by marginally up at Rs. 1,075.
NSE Nifty ended flat at 8,203.70. The index was negative with 21 advances and 30 declines.
Sensex ended lower by 47 points at 26,765.65. Overall it was positve with 17 advances, 12 declines and 1 remaining unchanged. Total traded turnover stood at Rs. 296.44 crore with volume of 6,280,188.

In the second half trading session, Nifty was down by 16 points at 8,204.35. The index was stable with 25 advances, 25 declines and 1 unchanged.
At 1.23 pm, Sensex was trading at 26,776.39 down 36.39 points. The index was positive with 19 advances and 11 declines. Dr. Reddy Laboratories was among the top gainers at Rs. 3,107 up 1.89%.
Federal Bank was trading marginally down at Rs. 56.45. The bank's board accords approval for issue of NCDs worth 1 million rupees each. Total traded quantity was around 1.80 lakh shares against two weeks average quantity of 7.50 lakh shares.
Siemens was trading flat at Rs.1,263.80 on BSE index, despite of winning order worth 830 mln rupees from diesel locomotive works. However, it opened higher at Rs. 1,270 from its previous closing of Rs. 1,264.95.
Ramco Systems surges by 7 points or 1.02% at Rs. 707.95 as they sets up unit in Philippines. Its script opened at Rs. 695 lower from its previous closing of Rs. 700.80. Total traded quantity was around 30 shares compared to its two weeks average quantity of 972 shares.
Majority of textile stock are trading in red ahead of textile policy which is going to be announced today. Kitex Garments was trading at Rs. 484 down 3.15%, KPR Mills at Rs. 933 (2.04%), Indian Terrain Fashion at Rs. 151.50 (1.43%), Vardhman Textiles at Rs. 912.85 (1.11%) and Welspun India at Rs. 108.70 (0.41%).
Tech Mehindra surges on BSE on acquiring Bio agency. The stock was trading marginally up at Rs. 540. It opened at Rs. 545 higher from its previous closing of Rs. 537.20.
Nifty opened in red trading at 8,210.65 down 9 points or 0.11%. The index was negative with 24advances and 26 declines and 1 remaining unchanged.
Sensex is trading flat at 26,807.75 on Wednesday morning session. Overall the index is postive with 19 advances and 11 declines.
