India is all set to host the G20 Summit in New Delhi on September 9-10. In a message to commuters, the Delhi traffic police said that bus and metro services, with partial restrictions, will be available during the mega summit.

Notably, India assumed the G20 presidency on December 1 last year and about 200 meetings related to G20 were organized in 60 cities across the country.

IndiGo said passengers have been notified about flight cancellations at the Delhi airport in connection with G20 Summit. "Due to the G20 Summit 2023 taking place in New Delhi, IndiGo is offering one-time waivers for passengers travelling to and from Delhi between September 8 to 11, 2023," the airline said in a statement.

Delhi Metro services will start from 4 am from terminal stations on all lines of the network on September 8, 9, and 10 in view of the G20 Summit. The trains will run with a frequency of 30 minutes on all lines till 6 am and after 6 am, metro trains will run according to the normal timetable throughout the day on all lines.
