No space for regional parties of other states
The Assembly election results` trends make it amply clear that there is no space for regional parties of other states in the national capital. In all, 10 regional political parties contested Delhi Assembly polls and none of the party managed to get even one per cent of total vote share.

While the Aam Aadmi Party has maintained itself above the magic number of 36 as it is leading at 48 seats while the opposition BJP is leading on 22 seats. The Grand Old Party Congress is once again finding it difficult to open its account in the Delhi-NCT assembly elections. Meanwhile turncoats have also been neglected by the Delhi voters. BJP candidate from Model Town Kapil Mishra is trailing while Congress candidate Alka Lamba is trailing from Chandni Chowk.
AAP hits half-century lead; BJP leading in 16 seats
Incumbent AAP Government has consolidated its lead over its rival BJP in the early trends in Delhi elections 2020. As per the recent trends, AAP is leading in 53 seats while BGP could manage to lead in 16 seats only. Congress is leading lone one seat in Ballimaran where Harun Yusuf is leading over his nearest AAP rival.
Kapil Mishra leading in Model Town
BJP candidate Kapil Mishra who switched from AAP to BJP ahead of the Delhi Election 2020 is leading in Model Town constituency. He is followed by the AAP candidate. Mishra had won from the Karawal Nagar constituency in Delhi Elections 2015.
