As per a report by india.com, the CBSE exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj informed that the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 will be announced by June 20. He also added, "The schools will form eight-member result committees by May 5. The provision for school-wise distribution of marks as well as finalisation of rationale document will happen by May 10." Source: PTI

As per the policy of the board, 20 marks are allotted to internal assessment and 80 marks for the year-end board exams. As the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 has been cancelled, the CBSE-affiliated schools will assess the 80 marks of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students in the following ways:
a) based on the marks scored by the candidate in different tests/exams conducted by the school in the course of the year
b) the marks should be in consonance with the past performance of the school in CBSE Class 10 Board exams. Source: PTI

The CBSE has notified that the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 has been postponed. However, decision on the revised schedule will be undertaken after a review of the situation on June 1, 2021.
