UPSC Prelims 2023: Registration for Forest Service and Civil Services exam to begin soon – Check how to register, date, time, OTR details

UPSC Prelims 2023: Union Public Service Commission will initiate the registration process for the UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2023 and Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2023 through CS(P) Examination 2023 on February 1. Candidates can apply online through the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.

The Notification date for UPSC Prelims 2023 and Indian Forest Service (Preliminary) Examination is February 1, 2023.

The last date to apply for Forest Service and Civil Services exam is February 21 2023.

Civil Services exam and Forest Service examination will be held on May 28, 2023.

Step 1 Visit the official website of UPSC at www.upsconline.nic.in or www.upsc.gov.in

Step 2 Register and proceed with the application

Step 3 Fill up the required details in the application form.

Step 4 Pay the application form fee.

Step 5 Click on agree to the declaration.

UPSC Prelims 2023- One Time Registration (OTR)

One Time Registration is mandatory for applying online for various examinations of UPSC.

Candidates can register once in OTR and apply for any examination advertised by the UPSC in future. One Time Registration (OTR) is not an application for any examination. It is just a collection of information from the applicants and providing a separate dashboard to each applicant to facilitate them to maintain their own profile.

UPSC Prelims 2023- OTR conditions

-Valid active Email ID and Mobile Number are mandatory for One Time Registration (OTR).

-The candidate will have to change his/her password in One Time Registration (OTR).

-The candidate who wishes to apply online for any examination advertised by the UPSC should use the same password given in the One Time Registration (OTR).

-No payment of fee is required for One Time Registration (OTR).

-After submitting all the details/ information successfully in the One Time Registration (OTR) a message will be

sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.

-OTR ID will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number

-Multiple OTR IDs are not allowed. In case this happens, your application may be Rejected/Cancelled.

-Log on to URL: https://www.upsconline.nic.in to access the home page of the Online Application.

-Click on New Registration to register a New User for various examinations of UPSC
