UPSC Recruitment process
The UPSC Civil Services recruitment process includes three-step - preliminary, main examinations, and personal interviews. The candidates are required to qualify for all the examinations in order to be recruited. The merit score of the main and interview rounds combined would be used to make the final decision.
How to apply?
After the notification for UPSC Civil Services prelims 2022 is released, the interested candidates will have to register for the exam. In order to do so, they will have to follow some simple steps. They are as follows:
Step 1: The candidates will have to visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in
Step 2: Then the UPSC aspirants will have to click on the 'various application form' link available on the below right side of the homepage
Step 3: Now, click on 'click here for part I registration'
Step 4: Then fill up the required details in the application form
Step 5: Thereafter, pay the application form fee
Step 6: Again, select the test center and upload images
Step 7: Finally, click on agree to the declaration
Documents required
The candidates should have the details of one Photo ID Card like Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Any other Photo ID Card issued by the state or the central government. The details of this Photo ID Card will have to be provided by the candidate while filling up the online application form. The candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of the Photo ID whose details have been provided in the online application by him/her.
Last date
The last date for registration of UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2022 exam will be February 22, 2022, as per the UPSC calendar.
