UP School Fees 2021-22: GOOD NEWS for students! Schools told not to hike fees this year- check LATEST UPDATE on UP board class 10, 12 exams

UP School News Today 2021: The Uttar Pradesh government has taken a big decision. The state government has prohibited all schools operating in the state from increasing fees for academic year 2021-22.

Deputy Chief Minister of the state and Minister of Secondary Education, Dinesh Sharma, shared the information that the schools of all boards operating in the state of Uttar Pradesh will be prohibited from raising their fees from the academic year 2021-22 as per a DNA report. Sharma said that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many families have been affected financially. 

"The schools have been closed and the children are taking online classes. Keeping in view all these factors and to avoid an additional financial burden on the families, the government has taken this decision," Sharma said. 

Also, a decision on the UP Board Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2021 is expected soon from the Uttar Pradesh government. Due to the COVID-19 situation in the country, there has been several demands to cancel the board exams. However, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has not yet made any official announcement regarding the UP Board Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2021.

Incidentally, the UP Board Class 10 Class 12 Board Exams 2021 were scheduled to take place in the month of April. However, earlier last month, the board exams were postponed as they were coinciding with UP panchayat poll dates. Later, the UP Board Class 10 Board Exam 2021 was supposed to start from May 8, 2021 and continue till May 25, 2021. Again, the UPMSP Class 12 Board Exam 2021 was supposed to start from May 8, 2021 and continue till May 28, 2021. But due to the COVID-19 scenario, the UP Board Class 10 Class 12 Board Exams 2021 were postponed again till May 20, 2021.

It must also be noted that unlike the CBSE schools, most of the schools in Uttar Pradesh do not conduct any kind of weekly, monthly exams and as a result, it will be difficult to evaluate the UP Board Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students without conducting the exams.
