He also tweeted a circular detailing the UGC-NET exam. As per the circular, exam will be held on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14 & 17th of May 2021.

Informing about the exam date, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, tweeted, "National Testing Agency (@DG_NTA) will conduct next UGC-NET exam for Junior Research Fellowship & eligibility for Assistant Professor on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14 & 17 May 2021. Read circular attached for more info! Good luck to all participants."
As per the shared circular, the test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only and will comprise of two papers. "The Paper I will be of 100 marks, which will have 50 questions. Paper-II will be of 200 marks and it will have 100 MCQ format questions. The exam will be conducted in two shifts and the duration of the test will be three hours," said the NTA ciruclar.
