SSC SI ASI Delhi Police Exam: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the postponement of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF paper 2 Examination 2019. The SSC has issued a notification on its official website at ssc.nic.in to inform the candidates about its decision.

The SSC has taken the decision to postpone Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF paper 2 Examination 2019 due to the rise in the number of COVID-19 cases across the country. The official notification from SSC reads, "Due to the surge in COVID-19 cases across the country, the Commission has decided to defer the Paper-II of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF Examination-2019 scheduled on 08-05-2021. Fresh date for the said examination will be intimated in due course. Candidates are advised to visit the website of the Commission regularly for the updates."

In fact, amidst the pandemic situation, various competitive exams have been postponed. The JEE Main 2021 April session exam, which was scheduled to start from April 27, 2021, has been postponed. The NEET PG 2021 exam which was slated to take place on April 18, 2021, has been deferred. The UGC NET 2021 which was scheduled to take place from May 2, 2021, and May 17, 2021, has also been postponed.

The Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF paper 2 Examination 2019 was scheduled to take place on May 8, 2021. However, the exam had to be deferred as of now due to the adverse COVID-19 situation in the country. The SSC in its notification has also stated that revised dates for the examination will be announced on the website.

The candidates appearing for the Delhi Police, CAPFs and ASI in CISF paper 2 Examination 2019 are requested to keep an eye on the SSC website at ssc.nic.in for the revised dates and for other regular updates.
