SC refuses to entertain plea against govt decision to cancel UGC-NET exam
The Supreme Court has declined to review a new plea challenging the cancellation of the UGC-NET exam due to an alleged paper leak. The Court emphasized that re-evaluating the matter at this stage would cause further chaos, as the exam is rescheduled for August 21. The Court also noted that a previous PIL was dismissed for being filed by a lawyer rather than aggrieved candidates. The UGC-NET exam was initially canceled by the government on June 19 and is under CBI investigation.
