NEET UG 2021 Latest News: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the resumption of the JEE Main 2021 April and May sessions. Till now, no announcement regarding the NEET UG 2021 Exam has been made. The NTA has issued a notice on its official website on July 7, 2021 clarifying that a fake Public Notice with the subject line – Conduct of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) - 2021 which is being circulated stating that the NEET UG 2021 Exam will take place on September 5, 2021, has not been issued by NTA. The NEET UG 2021 aspirants are requested to keep an eye on the official NTA website at nta.nic.in for any updates on the exam.

The notice issued by NTA also said, "It is vehemently denied that no such Public Notice, declaring the conduct of NEET (UG) on 5th Sep 2021, has been issued by the National Testing Agency so far." NTA has further added that it is still in consultation with the concerned stakeholders for finalising a suitable date for the NEET UG 2021 Exam. 

It has to be noted that when the announcement of NEET UG 2021 was done on March 12, 2021, it was stated in the notification that the NEET UG 2021 Exam will take place on August 1, 2021 in pen and paper mode. It was also stated that the registration process of the exam will commence soon. However, due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the NTA postponed the JEE Main 2021, April and May session exams. Also, the registration process for NEET UG 2021 has not started till now. 

Recently, the NTA has announced the schedule for the pending sessions of the JEE Main 2021 Exams. The JEE Main 2021 April session exams will take place from July 20, 2021, to July 25, 2021. As for the JEE Main 2021, May session exams, the exams are scheduled to take place from July 27, 2021, to August 2, 2021. 

The NTA has stated in its notice that the aspirants who are willing to appear for the prestigious medical exam NEET UG 2021 must be aware of the unauthorised and fake public notices. In the meantime, they should keep an eye on the official NTA website at nta.nic.in and the official NEET website at ntaneet.nic.in for any information on the NEET UG 2021 Exam.
