For the students who had to appear for the class 10 board examination, the board will consider their performance in the half-yearly, pre-board, exams, unit tests, and internal assessments held during the academic year for preparing the results.
According to an official statement, gathering of students at one place could result in the spread of the virus and therefore, the board has decided to cancel class 10 final exams.
The Madhya Pradesh MPBSE board exams 2021 were earlier scheduled to be held from April 30 and May 1 for students of class 10 and class 12, respectively.
The state government had earlier announced to promote all students of classes 1 to 8 without the conduction of examination this year. Meanwhile, Class 9 and class 11 examinations were also cancelled in the state considering the rising Covid-19 cases.
