Maharashtra SSC Exam 2021 Results: The Maharashtra Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students must pay attention as there has been an important announcement on the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad on Friday has informed that the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021 will be declared by the end of June.

As per an ANI tweet, the Maharashtra Education Minister also clarified on the marks compilation for preparing the SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results. She informed that the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results will be based on the internal marks of the exams conducted in Class 9 and Class 10. Gaikwad told ANI, "Board exam results for Class 10th will be based on exams conducted in Class 9th & 10th (internal marks). We will try to declare the results by the end of June. Those who aren't satisfied with their results can write CET exams later."

 

Incidentally, on April 20, 2021, the Maharashtra government decided to cancel the SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021 due to the COVID-19 situation in the state. Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad tweeted from her Twitter handle, "Given the worsening situation of the #Covid-19 pandemic, the Maharashtra government has now decided to CANCEL the state board exams for class 10th. Health & safety of students & teachers is our topmost priority." The Maharashtra SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021 was scheduled to take place from April 29, 2021, to May 20, 2021, in the offline mode.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has also cancelled the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 and has announced an assessment criteria based on which the results for the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 will be prepared.

When the Maharashtra government cancelled the SSC Class 10 Board Exam 2021, it postponed the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 Board Exam 2021. So far, no decision has been taken on the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 Board Exam 2021. However, recently there was a high-level government meeting to discuss the situation for conducting Class 12 Board Exams 2021. In the meeting, the Maharashtra Education Minister has proposed for a 'non-examination route' for the class 12 students because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gaikwad tweeted from his official twitter handle, "In the meeting convened by the Centre regarding conduct of class 12th #CBSE exams, I raised the following points..." She then informed about the points raised by her through a chain of tweets. She tweeted, "Keeping in mind the ongoing pandemic situation & the projection that children are vulnerable to new strains of coronavirus, option of a "NON-EXAMINATION ROUTE" for class 12th students should be actively examined."

It is expected that the Maharashtra government will take a decision on the HSC Class 12 Board Exam 2021 soon.
