Courses at secondary level and on Bhartiya Gyan Parampara in reginal languages; know the benefits, way forward and other details
The Ministry of Education informed that 13 courses at secondary level and 7 at senior secondary level are available in regional mediums. While 15 courses in Bhartiya Jnana Parampara at OBE level are available in in English, Hindi and Sanskrit languages.
Courses at secondary level and on Bhartiya Gyan Parampara have been made available in regional languages, informed the Ministry of Education.
"To foster the vibrancy of Indian Languages as envisaged by NEP2020, courses at secondary level and on Bhartiya Gyan Parampara have been made available in regional languages," Ministry of Education.

The ministry further informed that 13 courses at secondary level and 7 at senior secondary level are available in regional mediums. While 15 courses in Bhartiya Jnana Parampara at OBE level are available in in English, Hindi and Sanskrit languages.
Bhartiya Gyan Parampara at OBE level was implemented in March 2021. The target group is all people who are interested, students and teachers.

As per the information provided by the education ministry on way forward, translation of ECCE, Military History, Military Studies at senior secondary and entrepreneurships at secondary level in Hindi medium will be done.
Translation of seven subjects in Indian sign language at senior secondary level will also be done.
People can know that National Education Policy 2020 has completed its one year of implementation on Thursday and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address policy makers in the domain of education and skill development, students, teachers, across the country today via video conferencing, to mark the completion of one year of reforms under NEP 2020.
He will also launch multiple initiatives in the education sector.
The NEP, 2020 is the guiding philosophy for changing the learning landscape, making education holistic and for building strong foundations for an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
This is the first education policy of the 21st century and replaces the thirty-four year old National Policy on Education (NPE), 1986. Built on the foundational pillars of Access, Equity, Quality, Affordability and Accountability, this policy is aligned to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and aims to transform India into a vibrant knowledge society and global knowledge superpower by making both school and college education more holistic, flexible, multidisciplinary, suited to 21st century needs and aimed at bringing out the unique capabilities of each student.
