CGBSE 12th exam news today: Chhattisgarh Board takes BIG DECISION! STUDENTS ALERT!
The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has announced on Sunday that it will conduct the Class 12th examinations from June 1, 2021. The Class 12 CGBSE exam is scheduled to commence on June 1 and will conclude on June 5.

Students will be required to take the exams in offline mode and will appear for the exams from home. The decision has been taken considering the ongoing Covid-19 situation in the state.

Students would be allowed to take the question papers and answer sheets home and return to the centre within five days, that is, before June 6, 2021. They can get the question papers and answer booklets between June 1 and June 5 from the respective exam centres.
However, if students fail to submit the answer booklets within the five days-time then they will be marked absent in the exam. Also, students will have to mark their attendances while submitting the answer booklets to the examination centres, as per a report by NDTV.
According to the CGBSE statement, the board will not accept any answer booklets sent via posts or any other medium. Students have also been advised to wear masks and follow social distancing rules while visiting the exam centres.
The board had declared the Class 10 examination results on Wednesday. The results were based on the internal assessment as no final examination was conducted. The overall pass percentage is 100 percent.
