Central University Common Entrance Test 2021: Online registration for CU-CET begins; know important dates, eligibility and steps to apply here
Online registration and submission of application form for Central Universities via Common Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021 for admission to the Integrated/Under-Graduate (UI) and Post-Graduation (PG) Programmes of 12 Central Universities has begun from Monday, August 16, 2021. Students can visit the official website at https://cucet.nta.nic.in/ to fill the registration form.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the CU-CET 2021 for admission to the Integrated/Under-Graduate (UI) and Post-Graduation (PG) Programmes for the academic session 2021-22 in CBT mode.

Important dates:
1. Duration of online registration and submission of application form for CU-CET 2021: August 16 to September 1, 2021 up to 11:50 pm
2. Date of examination: 15, 16, 23 and 24 September 2021
3. Last date for successful transaction of Examination fee: September 2, 2021 up to 11:50 pm
4. Date of correction in application form: September 3 to 4, 2021
Students can note that the duration of examination is of 2 hours and will be a computer based test (CBT) comprising of objective type multiple choice questions.
Eligibility:
The eligibility criteria vary according to the courses selected therefore student are advised to visit the official website to check the eligibility criateri aor can click on the direct link here.
Application fee:
Application fee for General/OBC/EWS applicants is Rs 800. For SC/ST/Transgender applicants it is Rs 350 and for PWD applicants there is no application fee.
How to apply?
Step 1: Visit the official website at www.cucet.nta.nic.in and register for Online Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system generated Application Number.
Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number.
Step 3: Upload visible scanned images of: (i) a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb – 200Kb) either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background; (ii) candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb).
Step 4: Pay prescribed fee through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI and Wallet, keep proof of fee paid for future reference.
