Earlier on June 6, 2021, the CBSE had issued a notification to the Principals and Heads of all the CBSE affiliated schools instructing those schools who have pending practical exams or internal assessment to conduct them via online mode and submit the marks on the link provided latest by June 28, 2021.
Now, due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the written exams for CBSE Class 12 were cancelled on June 1, 2021. It has to be noted that due to the pandemic, various students also failed to appear for the CBSE Class 12 Board practical exams. Earlier, the CBSE had also issued a notification that the students can apply for transfer of schools where they were staying due to the pandemic situation. However, as per the board's latest circular regarding completing the pending practical and internal assessments via online mode only has led to the transfer of schools or venue infructuous.
Now, the practical exams, projects and internal assessments have to be conducted by the original schools of the candidates from where their LOC was submitted.
As for the students who remained absent earlier, they were marked as Absent (Ab), COVID (C) or Transfer (T) at the time of the submission of the practical marks for the schools who have already finalised and submitted their practical marks. The board has informed that the online facility for uploading the marks of the students marked as Absent (Ab), COVID (C) or Transfer (T) will be provided shortly in the online link to the schools and subsequently the schools will be able to upload data.
The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 students must also know that an important hearing about the evaluation criteria for CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 will be taken by the Supreme Court at 11 AM today and the evaluation criteria is very muck likely to be announced by the board soon.
