Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will go live on Twitter to take questions of all stakeholders, including students, parents and teachers, today i.e. December 10 at 10 am.
“Dear students, I will be addressing your concerns related to upcoming competitive and board Exams at 10 AM today on my Twitter/FB pages. Looking forward to interacting with you all. #EducationMinisterGoesLive,” Union Education Minister tweeted this morning (Thursday) at 8.39 am.
The Central Board of Education (CBSE) has not announced dates of Class 10 and Class 12 exams as of yet, leaving students guessing about the same. The dates are usually announced between September and December, however, this year the schools remained closed due to pandemic and the board had been mulling the right time to conduct exams.
Earlier, Nishank had asked all stakeholders to raise their grievances and inputs on Twitter about CBSE Class 10, Class 12 board exams and competitive exams such as JEE 2021 and NEET 2021. Nishank had dropped in a video as well on Twitter requesting the same.

“Dear Teachers, Parents & Students, happy to share that I am going live on Dec10 at 10 am to talk about upcoming competitive/board exams with you. Drop your concerns below using #EducationMinisterGoesLive,” he tweeted.
Acting on his request, students, parents and teachers have taken to twitter to provide their inputs. Most of these students requested the education minister to delay/postpone exams by three months. Many also urged him to conduct at least three months of regular classes before conducting the exams. They said they had to face a lot of technical problems while attending these classes and they need some extra time for preparations. Some demanded further syllabus cut and postponement of JEE 2021 and NEET 2021 competitive exam too. Lets have a look at some of their tweets to understand what from Union Education Minister.
“Sir its a humble request from my side Folded hands please reduce the syllabus upto 50% as we are not attending physical classes. We can only request you and rest is all yours decision,” said Prithvi Halder.
