CBSE Class 10, Class 12 board exams 2021 date: What was tweeted by education minister | check latest update now

Students of CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 will have to wait longer for announcement of CBSE board exams 2021 date sheet. No clarity on the same emerged yesterday. Students and parents were expecting more good news from education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and that he may even reveal the CBSE board exams 2021 date sheet during his interaction with teachers. The minister was supposed to interact with the teachers on December 17 on Twitter.  

He even had taken to Twitter to convey the same. He had tweeted, “Dear Teachers, I am looking forward to talk to you all regarding upcoming board #exams. Have you shared your queries/concerns with me yet? Join me live at 4 PM on 17th December. See you soon! #EducationMinisterGoesLive.”

However, as it turned out, the minister had to postpone his interaction with the teachers, leaving students and parents disappointed. Informing about the delay, education minister Pokhriyal took to Twitter to convey this: “Teachers, I am looking forward to having an insightful interaction with you all on Dec 22 at 4 PM. Please share your queries/suggestions with me using #EducationMinisterGoesLive.”

As December is nearing its end and in the absence of any official word from the CBSE or Ministry of Education, students, their parents and teachers are still not sure about further course of action.  

Earlier CBSE in a circular had said, “CBSE is well aware of the condition of students and parents in the time of pandemic and, therefore, whatsoever decision would be taken by the CBSE that will only be taken after consultation with all the stakeholders and will be communicated at an appropriate time through Board website.”  
Pokhriyal had told students, "We are with you" and all decisions will be taken keeping the interests of students in mind.”
