CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result: There is an important news coming from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The CBSE has extended the date for submission of the marks for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students. On May 18, 2021, the CBSE has issued a notification where it had stated that keeping in view the pandemic situation and the lockdown in several states, the board has decided to extend the dates for the submission of marks. The CBSE had issued a notification on May 1, 2021, where it was kept June 5as the last date for submission of marks and June 11for submission of internal assessment marks. However, now June 30, 2021, has been kept as the date for the submission of both. 

The CBSE had cancelled the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The CBSE had also announced the evaluation criteria for the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students. The CBSE notified that the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students will be assessed out of maximum 100 marks for each subject. 20 marks will be allotted to internal assessment and 80 marks for year-end board exams. As of now, most of the schools have already conducted the internal assessment and a majority of the schools have already uploaded their data on the CBSE portal. As per the CBSE notification, the CBSE-affiliated schools will assess the 80 marks of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students based on the marks scored by the candidate in different tests/exams conducted by the school in the course of the year. Also, the marks should be in consonance with the past performance of the school in CBSE Class 10 Board exams.

For preparing the results for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021, the CBSE has also asked for the formation of a result committee for its affiliated schools. CBSE has asked CBSE-affiliated schools to form a result committee consisting of principal and seven teachers for finalizing the results. Five teachers from the school should be from Mathematics, Social Science, Science and two languages. Also, two teachers from neighbouring schools should be co-opted by the school as the external members of the committee.
