CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently announced the marks tabulation policy for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021. The CBSE had cancelled the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 and has formulated an assessment criteria for evaluating the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 20221 students in a standardised and unbiased way. The students can check the details of the evaluation policy by logging in to the official CBSE website at cbse.nic.in.

CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result Date
The CBSE affiliated schools are required to complete the results process for the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 and share them with the CBSE by June 5 and the results 2021 are scheduled to be announced on June 20 as per a report by dnaindia.com. The process for calculation of the results is taking place and the committee members have been instructed to meet online to discuss about the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 results.
CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Result Committee
It must be noted that the CBSE has asked CBSE-affiliated schools to form a result committee consisting of principal and seven teachers for finalizing the results. Five teachers from the school should be from Mathematics, Social Science, Science and two languages. Also, two teachers from neighbouring schools should be co-opted by the school as the external members of the committee.
CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 Evaluation Criteria
In its notification, the CBSE has notified that the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students will be assessed out of maximum 100 marks for each subject. 20 marks will be allotted to internal assessment and 80 marks for year-end board exams. As of now, most of the schools have already conducted the internal assessment and a majority of the schools have already uploaded their data on the CBSE portal. As per the CBSE notification, the CBSE-affiliated schools will assess the 80 marks of the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students based on the marks scored by the candidate in different tests/exams conducted by the school in the course of the year. Also, the marks should be in consonance with the past performance of the school in CBSE Class 10 Board exams.
The exams that will be used for school-based assessment and weightage are: Periodic Test or Unit Test (10 marks), Half Yearly or Mid-term Exam (30 marks) and Pre-board exam (40 marks).
Keeping in view the COVID-19 situation in the country, the CBSE had cancelled the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 on April 14, 2021. The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 has been postponed as of now and a decision regarding the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 will be taken after a thorough review of the situation on June 1, 2021.
