CBSE result 2024: Class 10 and 12 results to be out soon, know where to check

The board exam results of classes 10 and 12 are expected to be announced soon by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). There is no official information available on the dates, however, as per the past trends, it can be announced on or before May 12.

Students are reminded that a bogus message circulating on social media claims that the CBSE 10th results 2024 will be released today, May 1. It is vital to note that this report is false since the CBSE has made no formal notification about the release date.

Last year, the CBSE Class 10, and 12 Results were declared on May 12, 2023.

This year around 38 lakh students attended the CBSE board examinations. The exams were conducted from February to April 2024.

CBSE Result 2024: Where to check

When the result is declared, students can check it on the official websites of the CBSE i.e. results.cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.

The results for Class 10th and 12th can also be checked on cbse.nic.in, digilocker.gov.in and results.gov.in. 

Students can also check their results through mobile apps like DigiLocker and UMANG. They can also get it through SMS.

Last week, PTI reported citing sources that the Ministry of Education asked the CBSE to work out logistics for conducting board exams twice a year from the 2025-26 academic session.
