CBSE Board Exams 2022: Class 10 and 12 candidates are allowed to change exam city centres, see what the CBSE said
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has allowed the CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2022 candidates to change their examination centres in the upcoming term 1 exam.
CBSE Board Exams 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has allowed the CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2022 candidates to change their examination centres in the upcoming term 1 exam. The CBSE has released the date sheet for date sheet for term 1 exam for the CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2022 candidates. The candidates can check the date sheets by logging in to the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.

On Wednesday, the CBSE has informed in a statement, "Class X and XII students who are not in the city of their schools and are residing somewhere else, at an appropriate time CBSE will inform them to make a request to their respective schools to change the city of examination centre. Schools will follow the instructions given by CBSE."
It has to be noted that the CBSE decided to split the academic session from 2022 into two terms. The plans by the CBSE board come against the backdrop of COVID-19 pandemic which forced the cancellation of board exams of some subjects last year and complete cancellation of board exams this year.
The CBSE has released the Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2022 term 1 date sheets recently, The CBSE Class 10 term 1 exam is scheduled to start from November 30, 2021 and the Class 12 term 1 exam is slated to begin from December 1, 2021.
Now, the CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2022 candidates must be aware of the details of the term 1 and term 2 exams. They are as follows:
Term 1 - The term 1 exam will be conducted in the months of November and December 2021. This will be objective type examination and the duration of the examination will be 90 minutes.
Term 2 - The term 2 exam will be conducted in the months of March and April 2022. This will be subjective/objective type of exam as per the COVID-19 condition in the country.
The CBSE Board Exam 2022 candidates must also note that at first, exams of minor subjects will be conducted and all the exams will be conducted in the offline mode.
It has to be noted that the CBSE is offering 114 subjects for Class 12 and 75 subjects in Class 10. The CBSE will have to conduct exams of 189 subjects.
The CBSE Class 10 Class 12 Board Exam 2022 candidates must note that the exams will start from 11.30 AM. The reading time will be 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes for all categories of candidates.
