CBSE Board Exam 2021 Date Latest News: After much of anxiety, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has finally postponed the CBSE class 12 board exam 2021. The decision regarding the CBSE class 10 class 12 board exams was announced today after Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a high-level meeting to review the examinations to be held at various levels in view of the developing Corona situation. Union Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, Cabinet Secretary, School and Higher Education Secretaries and other top officials attended the meeting.
The CBSE class 12 board exam 2021 was scheduled to start from May 4, 2021 and was supposed to continue till June 14, 2021. As of now, the CBSE class 12 board exams have been postponed.

CBSE Board Exam 2021 Date Revised
Notably, the decision regarding the revised CBSE Board Exam 2021 Date will take place after a detailed review of the situation on June 1, 2021.
The CBSE class 12 board exam candidates must note that a notice of at least 15 days will be given to the candidates before the exams begin.
In the meeting, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated that the well-being of the students has to be the top priority for the government. He also stated that the Centre would keep in mind the best interests of the students and ensure that their health is taken care of at the same time their academic interests are not harmed.
Due to the COVID-19 situation in the country, schools have been shut down in 11 states of the country. Now, unlike the state boards, the CBSE has a national character and hence, it is essential for the board to conduct the board exams all over the country simultaneously.
In view of the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country and the closure of schools in various states, this decision has been reached upon.
Various state board exams have also been postponed due to this COVID-19 situation. The Maharashtra class 10 class 12 board exams have been postponed. Yesterday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal urged the central government to cancel the CBSE board exams 2021. Ultimately, putting an end to all the anxieties, the CBSE class 10 exams have been cancelled and the CBSE class 12 board exams have been postponed.
As for the CBSE, class 10 board exam candidates, the exams have been cancelled and the results of the CBSE class 10 board exam will be prepared on the basis of an objective criterion which will be developed by the board
