The CBSE 10th 12th Board Exam 2021 candidates must note that if they have any dispute regarding the results computation and are not satisfied with the results, the students can make representation to the principal of the school for verification.
CBSE Dispute Settlement Circular 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2021 results. Now, students who are not satisfied with the marks obtained by them have the chance to appear for an exam. Also, the CBSE 10th 12th Board Exam 2021 candidates must note that any dispute regarding the computation of results will be referred to a committee constituted by the CBSE. The CBSE board exam students can get details on this issue by logging in to the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.

The CBSE 10th and 12th Class Board Exam 2021 candidates must note that the following steps are to be undertaken in case of the following disputes:
1) Disputes regarding computation of results - The Result Committee has prepared the results and has uploaded on the CBSE website for computation. If any CBSE board exam student is not satisfied with the marks, the student can make representation to the principal of the school for verification and reply by the school to the candidate concerned.
2) Disputes regarding wrong computation or uploading of results - In case the Result Committee finds out if any mistake has been committed by them in calculation or feeding of marks or any other factual mistakes without any representation from any student. In such a scenario, the respective school will send detail request with records to the regional office concerned through the “School Request Submission for Resolution (SRSR)” system only, link of which will be available in the SCHOOL LOG-IN. While submitting such claims the school will have to select appropriate class and “TYPE-3 (Wrong Computation/ Uploading of result) on the weblink.
3) Disputes regarding policy - It must be noted that the Policy has been approved by the Supreme Court of India vide its order dated June 17, 2021. The results have been prepared by the result committees in compliance with the approved tabulation policy. If there are any disputed with the policy, they will fall under this category. In case of this dispute, the application of the school will be sent to the Board through the SRSR system only. SCHOOL LOG-IN. While submitting such claims the school will have to select appropriate class and “TYPE-4 (Disputes Regarding Policy)” on the weblink.
The CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2021 candidates must note that if they have any disputes with their results, they can send the representation from today. August 9, 2021, and the last date for sending representation is August 11, 2021. The result committee will start processing it from August 10, 2021, till August 13, 2021.
