After bonus share announcement, GKP Printing & Packaging board to meet on this date for acquisition plans
Company board this week also announced bonus share in the ratio of 1:2 to reward its investors.
GKP Printing & Packaging has informed exchanges that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 8th August, to consider the matter to Invest/Buy the stake in the group entity M/s. Packwell Enterprises LLP for Strategic alliance and growth of the business.

GKP Printing & Packaging recently acquired land in Vapi, Gujarat for expansion of business.
Earlier, the packaging solution provider had informed that the company board is meeting on 1st august to consider the bonus issue of shares.
Moreover, the company informed that it is looking to increase its share capital as it is eyeing to debut on National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Recently, the company informed that it acquired 43,234 square feet of land in Vapi, Gujarat, for shifting of existing manufacturing facilities and expansion of business. The company has also received permission for construction on the given land, as per an official statement.
Its client base includes Tata Consultancy Services, Spectra International, Naaptol, ShopCJ, SM Foods, Almats Branding Solutions, among others.
