The three oil marketing companies supply commercial-use LPG in 19-kg units.
This supply is meant for use by restaurants, hotels, and other businesses.

State-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum hiked the prices of commercial-use LPG in different parts of the country.
No change in domestic LPG refills with effect from August 1
The three OMCs, however, left the retail prices of 14.2-kg refills - meant to be used by households - at the existing levels.

A registered user can visit the website of the supplier (any of the three, whichever is applicable) and log in by navigating to the LPG section.
After this step, the user is required to input details of their LPG distributor and follow through to book a refill.

Unregistered users are required to first register themselves before they can use these online booking facilities.

All three also enable registered users to book their refills through mobile apps:
- For BPCL bookings, the mobile app is Hello BPCL
- For HPCL bookings, HP PAY
- For IOCL bookings, Indian Oil ONE

Several LPG distributors have started offering WhatsApp-enabled services for their customers as a convenient channel for customers to book refills, especially in urban areas.

BPCL WhatsApp booking service
BPCL also provides a WhatsApp-enabled booking service.
Users can send 'Hi' to the number 9222201122 using the platform and from their registered mobile number to initiate the booking process, according to the OMC's website.
