A slew of new industries have emerged as key drivers fueling this India growth story. Renewable energy, e-commerce, digital services, healthcare, and banking and financial technology are among the most potential emerging industries for employment in India in 2023. These industries are expected to expand further, providing a diverse variety of job opportunities for freshers.
The top three sectors with the strongest intent to employ freshers, according to a report, are information technology (67%), ecommerce and technology start-ups (52%), and telecommunications (51%).
Hariom Seth, Founder, Find.inc noted, “Fresher’s who are starting their career in 2023, they should look at opportunities that have the largest projected growth rate in the coming decade and match their interest & skills.” He stressed that the emerging sectors that shouldn't be ignored are Influencer Marketing, Ai & ML Engineering, NLP or Natural language processing and Affiliate Marketing as well as Data Science.
How to prepare for a demanding job market in 2023?
As prospective graduates and freshers, the trick here is recognizing sectors with a positive outlook and work abilities that will be in high demand in the future.
Job hunters should familiarise oneself with present market conditions and engage in the necessary skills and classes to improve their odds of getting their first employment.

These industries offer tremendous opportunities for fresher's who are looking to start their careers in 2023-24”.
