GST Council Meeting Outcome: GST on foods and beverages served in cinema halls reduced from 18 per cent to 5 per cent
GST Council Meeting: The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council on Tuesday has agreed to levy 28 per cent tax on online gaming, casinos and horse racing. - 28 per cent tax on online gaming, casinos and horse racing: "GST Council has decided that online gaming, casinos and horse racing will be taxed at 28 per cent at entry point on full face value of bets," West Bengal finance minister Chandrima Bhattacharya said.
