Commercial LPG cylinder prices reduced by Rs 16; domestic cylinder rates unchanged
State-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) have announced a price cut for 19-kg commercial LPG cylinders, effective from New Year 2025.
Starting the new year and month with some relief for businesses, state-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) have reduced the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 16 across major cities.
In the national capital, the price of a commercial cylinder has dropped by Rs 14.50 to Rs 1,804 from Rs 1,818.50.
Similarly, in Kolkata, the price has been slashed by Rs 16 to Rs 1,911 from the previous rate of Rs 1927.
Meanwhile, Mumbai saw a Rs 15 reduction to Rs 1,756. In Chennai, it is now available at a price of Rs 1,966.
Additionally, the price of a 14.2-kg domestic LPG cylinder remained unchanged.
