IndiGo wins CAPAs 2024 airline of the year award for excellence in aviation innovation

IndiGo has been awarded the title of ‘2024 Airline of the Year’ by CAPA-Centre for Aviation at the prestigious Global Aviation Awards for Excellence. The recognition was announced during the CAPA Airlines Leader Summit World, held in Belgrade, Serbia, on November 21, 2024.
The accolade celebrates IndiGo’s transformative impact on commercial aviation in India, its strategic expansion into international connectivity and its efforts to enhance operational sustainability. CAPA, a globally trusted aviation market intelligence organisation, acknowledged IndiGo’s remarkable growth and its role in revolutionising domestic air travel by making it accessible to millions.

At the awards ceremony, Neha Narain, VP Strategy and CEO’s Office at IndiGo, accepted the prestigious honor on behalf of the airline in the presence of global aviation leaders.
