IndiGo issues advisories amid snowfall, fog across states; Delhi, Karnataka, J&K on the list
Flight services in three states, including the national capital, Karnataka, and Jammu and Kashmir, may be impacted due to snowfall and low visibility amid foggy weather.
IndiGo Airlines issued several advisories on Thursday, December 2, 2025, for passengers, as flight schedules across key states and cities in India are being disrupted due to adverse weather conditions.
Flight services in three states, including the national capital, Karnataka, and Jammu and Kashmir, were disrupted due to snowfall and low visibility amid foggy weather.
Taking to the social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) earlier this morning, the airline informed passengers that foggy weather and low visibility in Bengaluru (Karnataka) may lead to changes in flight schedules.
In another post on the platform, the airline said, "Delhi is currently experiencing significantly reduced visibility due to fog, impacting flight schedules."
Later, IndiGo wrote about Jammu and Kashmir, stating, "In Srinagar, heavy snowfall has blanketed the region, leading to flight delays and cancellations."
The airline has requested passengers to check their flight status before heading to the airport.
