Crafted by Air India's digital technology and design teams in collaboration with in-flight services experts from Silicon Valley and Gurugram, CE Plus amalgamates a suite of features aimed at elevating the in-flight experience and optimising crew management. Here are some highlights:

Personalised Customer Service: Harnessing guest profiles and seat maps, cabin executives can effortlessly access vital information such as meal preferences and special requests from past flights, ensuring a tailored service for each passenger. Additionally, the app provides real-time updates on passengers' frequent flyer status and associated benefits.

Efficient Maintenance Reporting: CE Plus enables cabin executives to promptly report and document maintenance issues, including seats and in-flight entertainment systems. These observations are seamlessly transmitted to Air India's engineering teams upon landing, expediting issue resolution.

Enhanced Crew Operations: Cabin executives can optimise crew positions based on aircraft requirements, enhancing operational efficiency. Furthermore, centralized access to critical documents via the app streamlines tasks, contributing to service excellence.

Dr. Satya Ramaswamy, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Air India, emphasised the pivotal role of cabin crew in shaping the airline's reputation and highlighted CE Plus as a game-changer in delivering an elevated guest experience.
