Air India Express launches flash sale; fares starting from Rs 1,037

Air India Express has announced a new 'Flash Sale' offering Xpress Lite fares starting from Rs 1,037 without any convenience fee on Saturday.

The offer is valid for bookings till August 25, 2024, for travel between August 26 and October 24, 2024, on domestic routes.

The sale is available to logged-in members on the airline company's official website and mobile app. It also includes Xpress Value fares starting at Rs 1,195.

The discounted fares are available across the airline's network of 32 domestic destinations.

Passengers who take advantage of the offer can claim zero check-in baggage fees with the fares.

Additionally, they can pre-book an extra 3 kg of cabin baggage at no additional cost and benefit from discounted check-in baggage fees, the company said in a release.

Benefits for Loyalty members

Loyalty members can earn up to 8 per cent in NeuCoins and access exclusive discounts, including up to 47 per cent off on business class and prime seats. The offer also includes 'Gourmair' hot meals and beverages as part of add-on packs.

Discount offer for senior citizens, students, staff & SMEs

According to Air India Express, discounts on flight tickets are available for students, senior citizens, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), medical employees; doctors and nurses, and the armed forces & their dependents.

The airline has introduced Xpress Biz fares on its new Boeing 737-8 aircraft, offering a Business Class equivalent experience with seat pitches of up to 58 inches.
