H55's zero-emission electric airplane completed its first successful flight in Switzerland on 21st June. It is a stepping step towards the development of flying taxis and vertical and/or short take-off and landing (VTOL).
It is a BRM Aero Bristell Energic a two-seater fully electric airplane. "Electric air transport will deeply transform and improve urban mobility," said Andre Borschberg, former CEO and Pilot of Solar Impulse, and now H55`s Co-Founder and Executive Chairman. H55 made the first fully electric aviation which made the air transport quiet, clean by providing certified electric propulsion solutions, cost-efficient with low maintenance, flexible, versatile and safe designs.
