Zota Healthcare launches IPO of 47 lakh shares on NSE
Pantomath Capital Advisors (P) Ltd. and Indian Overseas Bank are the Lead Managers to the Issue.
Pantomath Capital Advisor Limited with Indian Overseas Bank on Tuesday filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus of Zota Healthcare with EMERGE platform of NSE.
Zota Healthcare, engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products, proposed for Initial Public Offering of 46,80,000 equity shares. The offers comprises of fresh issue of 31,80,000 equity shares and Offer for Sale of 15,00,000 equity shares.
