Yes Bank will give Rs 225 crore loan to Fortis Hospitals
Fortis Healthcare being the holding company will be giving its corporate guarantee on behalf of Fortis Hospital securing the payment principle and interest thereon.
Fortis Healthcare’s wholly owned subsidiary Fortis Hospital has agreed to accept a term loan of Rs 225 crore from Yes Bank.
It said in a statement,"Fortis Hospitals is taking credit facility of Rs 225 crore from Yes Bank.”

Fortis Healthcare Limited is a chain of super speciality hospitals in India. It has its hospitals in Delhi, Amritsar, Kolkata, Navi Mumbai, Mohali, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Chennai, Kota, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Mumbai, and Odisha.
Shares of Yes Bank on Friday, closed at Rs 1254.25 up by 1.93%.
