Yes Bank has urged its customers to change their debit and credit card PIN on a regular basis to avoid any kind of misuse or banking fraud related to plastic money.
Yes Bank has urged its customers to change their debit and credit card PIN on a regular basis to avoid any kind of misuse or banking fraud related to plastic money. It tweeted about the matter from its official Twitter handle on April 24, advising Yes Bank plastic money users how to generate or change their plastic money PIN. "Change your PIN on regular intervals to prevent the misuse of your card. Generate or change your Debit Card PIN with just a few taps on the YES Mobile App.," Yes Bank tweeted on April 24 from its official Twitter handle.

It seems that Indian banks have started to take cyber crime — like malware attack, skimming, fishing, card cloning, etc. — seriously, because various Indian banks have come forward to crackdown on any kind of malware attack on its customers that leads to the looting of their hard earned money. On April 25th and April 26th, the Punjab National Bank had tweeted warning its customers from the fake numbers emerging in google search showcasing as PNB Bank customer care, support and branch contact number. The PNB advised its customers to log in to its official website. It also advised its customers to use a PIN for their mobile SIM for safe and secured Mobile Phone Banking.
"Use a #PIN (Personal Identification Number) for your #mobile SIM card to prevent people from making use of it when stolen. Follow simple safety tips and enjoy #ZimmedarMobileBanking," tweeted PNB from its official Twiter handle @pnbindia on April 25th.
