The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 became the highest selling smartphone in India in Q2. The smartphone had 7.2% of the smartphone sales during the quarter. It was followed by the Xiaomi Redmi 4 with 4.5% and Samsung Galaxy J2 with 4.3%, according to a report by Counterpoint Research.

The Oppo A37 was next with 3.5% in Q2 and the Samsung Galaxy J7 was at the fifth spot with 3.3% share in Q2.
