Vedant Fashions Q4 dividend: Ethnic wear brand Manyavar's parent declares Rs 8.50 dividend
The company said the dividend, of Rs 8.50 per equity share of the face value of Re 1 each, will be paid to eligible shareholders.
The board of Vedant Fashions, famously known for its brand Manyavar, recommended a final dividend for FY24. The company said the dividend, of Rs 8.50 per equity share of the face value of Re 1 each, will be paid to eligible shareholders.
"Recommendation of a dividend of ₹ 8.50/- (Indian Rupees Eight and Fifty Paise only) per fully paid-up equity share of ₹ 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company," the company said in a BSE filing.
Simultaneously, the company has also posted its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024.
Meanwhile, shares of Vedant Fashions closed 0.46 per cent higher at Rs 953.95 apiece on BSE earlier in the day.
