UY Fincorp set for NSE listing on October 3

UY Fincorp Ltd is set for listing on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 3, 2024. Already listed on the BSE, the company said this move enhances its market visibility and liquidity. 

In terms of financial performance, UY Fincorp has reported robust yearly performance. Its annual revenue surged by 245.06 per cent in the last fiscal year, climbing to Rs 197 crore. Similarly, its quarterly revenue posted 71.87 per cent year-over-year increase, reaching Rs 36 crore (Q1FY25).

On the profit front, the company’s annual net profit grew by 738.2 per cent, rising to Rs 64.92 crore (FY24). in the last fiscal year.

UY Fincorp recently launched its new loan brand, GrowU, with initial projects in Lucknow and Kanpur and plans to extend into central and eastern Uttar Pradesh, including regions such as Prayagraj and Varanasi.
