Uber flies! Company starts helicopter service in this city

Popular cab aggregator, Uber has officially taken to the skies! Uber has launched a helicopter service called Uber Copter in New York. Uber Copter in NYC will be offered in Manhattan, south of Houston Street, going to JFK International on weekdays. The tickets will be one-way and cost $200 to $250, given out only to the top Uber clients, according to Telegraph report.

The passengers can request the ride immediately, or up to five days in advance, while they can book another 'Uber Copter' back into the City on arriving in JFK. While the passengers on Uber Copter, which seats five people, can bring a hand luggage bag and handbag or laptop case.

Uber Air is said by the company to be the future of airborne travel. The Air Taxis will seat 4-5 and allow you to bring some luggage aboard too. The real question is who you tip if you have a good experience in one of these autonomous Air Taxis.

Uber has also announced that it is expanding its conversation-free rides and the users will be able to request car trips in which they won't have to talk to drivers, allowing riders to save time.
