Two killed in fire at Sun Pharma factory

A fire broke out in the Sun Pharma factory in Ahmednagar on Wednesday, claiming two lives while two were injured.
In an e-mailed statement, Frederick Castro, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. spokesman said that the fire occured during excavation work. The company, along with the local law enforcement, is investigating causes for the fire.
Shares of the company closed up 0.19% at Rs 621.60 per share on BSE Sensex on Wednesday.
