Due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's  visit to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi on Monday, traffic congestion is expected in the city. Vistara has urged its customers to arrive early to the airport, as they may be stuck in the heavy traffic congestion, which is expected due to VIP movement in the city.  PM Modi will also address party workers in what is his first visit to his constituency after the Lok Sabha elections. The flyers have to leave for the airport early so that they do not miss the flight.

This is PM Modi's first visit to his Parliamentary constituency after he won the Lok Sabha elections by a huge margin.

The passengers can pre-purchase excess baggage and save up to 30 per cent. To get the concessional rates, they have to pay the baggage fee six hours before departure on Vistara website, Customer Service Center, and Vistara’s airport ticket offices (ATOs).

Under Vistara Freedom Fares, the airline has revised the free baggage allowance for each fare category. Additionally, a per piece baggage concept is applicable for Economy Lite customers only. Under this policy, Economy Lite customers can carry only one piece of baggage, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. However, excess baggage can be purchased in order to carry more.
