TISS LeapVault CLO Awards 2022: It's yet another feather in the cap of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited! India’s leading entertainment powerhouse i.e. ZEEL has bagged three awards at the prestigious TISS (TATA Institute of Social Sciences) LeapVault CLO Awards.
Conducted in congruence with the 14th Annual Chief Learning Officers Summit, India in Mumbai, the esteemed CLO awards recognized Dheeraj Jaggi, Head – Enterprise Culture and Capability Development (ECC) & Head HR- Content SBU as the “Best Chief Learning Officer of the year”.
The company has further been awarded with a ‘Gold’ in the Digital Transformation award category, and a ‘Silver’ in the Best Induction Award category.

At the 11th edition of this reputed award ceremony, Dheeraj Jaggi has been recognized as the “Best CLO of the year”, for his consistent efforts in leading knowledge-driven transformation at ZEE Entertainment. Over the past three and a half years, Jaggi’s contribution in enabling ZEE Entertainment as an entity to transition and adapt to a learner-centric approach through its leadership and organization development programmes, has resulted in building a strong learning and upskilling culture.
Following a pioneering approach, the Company set up the Enterprise Culture & Capability Development (ECC) team comprising of professionals with varied experiences, to drive a culture of continuous learning within the organization through the implementation of its ‘Academy of Excellence’ model, thereby significantly improving individual learning agility, an official statement said.
