Tech Mahindra Q4 results 2024 date: IT major Tech Mahindra is all set to report its financial results for the fourth and final quarter of the financial year 2023-24 on Thursday, April 25.

The IT services major stock on Wednesday, April 10 gained as much as 1.75 per cent to Rs 1,273 on BSE. On April 10, the Mahindra group company has a market capitalisation of Rs 1,24,033.68 crore, as per data available on BSE.

Tech Mahindra Q3 results: How did it fare in Q3FY24?

Tech Mahindra posted a 60 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 510.4 crore in Q3.

The company had reported a net profit of Rs 1,296.6 crore in the year-ago period while the same was at Rs 493.9 crore in the quarter-ago period.

Tech Mahindra's overall revenue from operations declined 4.6 per cent to Rs 13,101 crore in the third quarter from Rs 13,734 crore in the same period a year ago.

There was a sharp decline in the operating profit, with the margin narrowing to 5.4 per cent from the 12 per cent in the year-ago period.
