Tata Group company Tata Sons is about to sell 20 per cent stake in Agratas, people familiar with the development told Zee Business.
According to the sources, Singapore-based AESC Apollo Holding will buy Tata Sons' stake in Agratas for about 3,700 crore.
An email was sent to Tata Sons to confirm the development, remained unanswered.
