Tata Sons has found replacements for NS Rajan, Madhu Kannan and Nirmalya Kumar, it said in a statement on Friday.

It said that S Padmanabhan will overlook responsibilities of the Group’s Human Resources in place of NS Rajan, former Chief Human Resources Officer, in addition to his existing responsibilities as leading the Tata Business Excellence Group.
 
Mukund Rajan will continue to be responsible for Ethics & Sustainability, and will take additional responsibility of overseeing the operations of the overseas representative offices of Tata Sons in the USA, Singapore, Dubai and China.

Harish Bhat, in addition to his responsibilities of Marketing and Customer Centricity, will also be responsible for managing the Tata Brand. In the interim, he will oversee the functions of Strategy and Business Development.

Dr. Gopichand Katragadda will continue to be the Group Chief Technology Officer and Sanjay Singh will oversee the Public Affairs function out of the Delhi office.

“Dr. Nirmalya Kumar, Dr. N S Rajan and Mr. Madhu Kannan have decided to explore options outside Tata Sons and have left the services of the company,” Tata Sons said.

The resignation of three of the group’s senior executives - N S Rajan, Chief Human Resources Officer;  Madhu Kannan, Tata Group business development and public affairs head and Nirmalya Kumar, Tata Group Non-Executive Director and business strategist - came just a few days after Cyrus Mistry, ex-chairman of Tata Sons was ousted from the organisation on October 24.
