NBFC company Srestha Finvest has joined hands with Felix Industries Ltd. for advancing renewable energy and sustainability initiatives. According to the company, it has signed a facility agreement with Felix.

"Through this fresh agreement, Felix shall secure funding for capital work of plant installation for the order procured by Felix with Aarti Industries Ltd for renewable energy, clean water and water recycle related project for the tune of about Rs 50 million in total to be funded in two phases. With a aim to further provide robust financial support to a diverse in to Renewable Energy and water segment, fostering sustainability and marking a significant move towards Green Environment and sustainable projects this arrangement would strengthen the financial support to Felix," the company said in an exchange filing.

The company has already said that it will fund Rs 250 million for targeting the mission in the next 1-2 years and also expand its footprint in new technology sectors.
 
Earlier, the micro-cap company announced its Q4 results. According to an exchange filing, the company's operating revenue in the fourth quarter of FY2024 was Rs 5.63 crore. It was Rs 3.35 crore in the previous quarter and Rs 69 lakh in the Q4 of the last financial year.
 
The company also said that its profit before tax in the fourth quarter of the last financial year was Rs 5.19 crore. It was -46 lakh rupees in the third quarter of FY2024 and -4.59 crore rupees in the fourth quarter of the last financial year. 

The net profit of Srestha Finvest Limited in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024 was Rs 5.06 crore.
