SpiceJet said on Monday that it had received a commendation from the Ministry of Civil Aviation for its exceptional customer service and timely resolution of complaints. The ministry’s AirSewa initiative—which provides a common platform for air travelers to submit their grievances and seek information on flights or airports in the country—praised SpiceJet for “its professionalism, courtesy, and dedication in addressing passenger concerns for the second consecutive year”, the airline said in a press release.
